On the Budget form, right click on the item that you want to update.  This will pop up a calculator that will allow you to easily figure out your total annual cost.  Just use the numbers on the keyboard to enter your information. Then, click the Return button to bring the total back to the Budget form.

It's that simple and quick.  Accurate numbers the easy way.
