Customized Taxes and Benefits
For most Field Employees, taxes and benefits are based on the same calculations.  So, we simply enter the details on the Info form, and then go to the Tech form and click on the Use Defaults button.  This automatically calculates the default values, and you're done.

On the other hand, there are employees who are different. 

Some employees or benefits just don't fit the mold. For these employees, you need to enter the specific details that fit their situation.  Let's look at a situation in which you pay different amounts for hospitalization for different employees.

Typically a company will pay a certain amount for single coverage and a different amount for family coverage.  Entering the correct amount for each employee is simple.

Click on the Hospitalization button and fill in the amount you pay for that employee.  Click OK and Numbers Cruncher will calculate the cost per productive hour for that employee. 

This change will ripple through all of the values throughout Numbers Cruncher and will be automatically reflected in your breakeven cost.  You can make this type of change for any or all of your employees as needed.
